Hi all,

Following the latest GoNews Touch 1.11 released just a few days ago, we are uploading here a new hot-fix version, GoNews Touch 1.12, including several small fixes based on some of the reports that our users posted back following version 1.11 release.

What's new with GoNews Touch 1.12 Hot-Fix version release?

* Fix: Problem displaying images from some channels caused due to a parsing error with template content fixed. (Reported with PocketPC Now channel).
* Fix: Problem following links on article display not working fixed.

That's all for today We are moving ahead according to plan working on a few larger changes for an upcoming update, but we wanted to upload this hot-fix version before we move forward with the upcoming larger changes, making sure that the current version 1.1X release is as stable as possible and getting everything working in the best possible way.

As always, myself and Junjie are online here looking forward for your input about this new version, how things are working for you with it, what new features would you like to see with future upcoming versions and so forth.

Today I test like 5 diferent feeds using WMDC and can't download the Images or just the first one in the headlines.latter test using Wi-Fi and HSDPA.

Hi, just things about GoNews...

- how sort items in category ? i want to sort items alphabeticaly.
- when you are in categories, if you tap update button, it's not possible to enter items. For eg, if you are 3 items, you clic update, when the 1st is updated, it's not possible to read news, you need to wait the end of the update.
- can you add hourglass when you are in item to the top (beside count) when updating item
- in category, can you add icon somewhere (beside count) to show items with update problem (error occured)
- can you enlarge "read more online" link. hard to tap with finger on it.

I'm also looking forward to your next release with big expactations.
The basic idea of GNT is quite good, but to be honest, 1.12 just hasn't the funtionality I need (especially the speed problem), so I didn't consider to buy it yet.
If 1.2 is really so much better, I would buy a license immediately. But because my 1.12 trial version already expired, I probably won't be able the test the new version.
In my opinion, it would be very important, if somehow the trial-time would be restored for a certain time to test the "new" application again, even for one or two days.

I'm sorry, I'm very keen to use SBSH for rss but GoNews on a HTC HD is just so so slow. I thought I would try the new version 1.12 without using google reader and just a "native" small set of opml links. It was so slow, I don't know why - I could understand the slowness with google reader sync. But, I just used raw rss links. I guess I'll just have to wait ...
